SPR# MYAG66YRXU - Modifying a received document triggered the client to display
the send/send and save/discard/cancel dialog. A Save warning is now displayed.
This SPR is also used to describe an issue where you edit a received memo in
your own mail file, press ESC, select either Send & Save or Send, and the memo
is not sent at all.
The fix for this issue introduced a regression in the Notes 7.0.2 client where
using the Escape key or the File --> Save menu resulted in the memo being
resent, even though the dialog box indicates that the message will be saved
