After SSO Timeout and Reauthentication, Users Receive a False New Mail Notification

Problem:
This issue was reported to Quality Engineering as SPR# JPIK642MDR and has been
addressed in Domino 6.0.5 and 6.5.4.

SPR# JPIK642MDR - After SSO timeout and reauthentication, users received a
false new mail notification. This problem has been fixed in 6.0.5 and 6.5.4.

Steps to reproduce issue:
1. Configure SSO on the Domino Server. Set a value for idle session timeout.
2. Log on to a DWA account through the browser.
3. Allow the session to timeout.
4. When you attempt to access the database, you will be prompted to
re-authenticate.
5. After reauthenticating, you will receive a new mail notification even if no
new mail was received since the timeout.
