Repeat meeting Chairperson does not receive a response email after room or resource owner approves the reservation request

Problem:
This issue has been reported to Quality Engineering as SPR# GLAS6M3NSM and is
fixed in Domino 6.5.5 Fix Pack 2 (FP2) and Domino 6.5.6.

Calendaring & Scheduling
SPR# GLAS6M3NSM - The chair of a meeting will not receive an approval notice
when the room owner accepts the meeting. Also, the room will not be reserved,
as the accept notification is dropped by the router and never processed. This
regression was introduced in 6.5.5.

Refer to the Upgrade Central site for details on upgrading Notes/Domino.

The issue does not occur for single meetings and is not reproducible in
Notes/Domino 7.x.
