Regional Settings with a Decimal as Time Separator Causes 0.00 in Schedule Preferences

Technote Number: 1090499

Problem:
This issue occurs when the Regional settings of your Windows operating system
use a regional language which is set to use the decimal (" . ") as the time
separator (as opposed to the colon, for example).

This issue has been reported to Lotus Software Quality Engineering.

Steps To Reproduce Problem:

1. In the Windows Control Panel open the Regional Options.
2. Change the regional Locale/Location to any language that has the option to
use a period ( "." ) as a time separator. For example: "Italian (Italy)"

3. Open the Time settings in the Regional Options dialog box and select the
period symbol for the Time Separator. Select OK to save your changes.
4. In Notes Client open your mail file and switch to the Calendar view.
5. Select Actions, Tools, Preferences. Switch to the 'Calendar & To Do' tab,
then select the 'Scheduling' tab.
6. In the 'Your Availability' section of the preferences, set your schedule to
the following: Monday - Friday 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM
7. Select OK.

Note that all times change to: 0.00 - 0.00
