Technote Number: 1211008

Problem:
This issue was reported to Quality Engineering as SPR# GVAS66LMXY, and was
addressed in Domino 6.5.4 Fix Pack 1 (FP1) and Domino 6.5.5. This problem does
not occur in Domino 7.0.

Excerpt from the Lotus Domino Release 6.5.4 Fix Pack 1 and 6.5.5 MR fix lists
(available at http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/lotus/):

Java
SPR# GVAS66LMXY - HTTP crash caused by concurrently running a Java agent that
uses the DbDirectory.OpenDatabaseByReplicaID method.

Workaround:
Disable concurrent web agents in the server document. The "Run web agents
concurrently" setting is found in the Server document, on the tab Internet
Protocols -> Domino Web Engine (in the Web Agents area).

Note: There may be other methods of the DbDirectory class which result in a
crash when the concurrent web agents setting is enabled.

Refer to the Upgrade Central site for details on upgrading Notes/Domino.
