SPR# KHAN5QMMMC - This fix prevents noncandidate parent documents from getting
deleted along with their candidate children when archiving a database on an R5
server from an R6 client. This problem has been fixed in 6.5.1 and 5.0.13.

(SPR # BTLW5XYBD9) that the fix for this SPR #KHAN5QMMMC caused:
"Documents Are Not Removed from Mail File After They Are Archived"
