Domino 6 for iSeries: Error 'PANIC: LookupHandle: handle not allocated' when running MAPS

Problem:
This issue was reported to Quality Engineering as SPR# RBRE6B7NWR and was
addressed in Domino 6.5.5, Domino 6.5.4 Fix Pack 3 (FP3), and Domino 7.0.

SPR# RBRE6B7NWR - This fix prevents MAPS from panicking with the error 'handle
not allocated'.

Workaround:
In one case, the crash was avoided by removing MAPS from the SERVERTASKS line
in the notes.ini.
