Error message and blank body field when replying with history or forwarding existing message in DWA

Problem:
When you forward or reply with history to certain mail messages in Lotus®
Domino® Web Access (iNotes™ Web Access), rather than the original text
appearing in the body of the new message you see an image containing the error
message:

"Domino Access Warning
PROBLEM : Entry not found in index.
SOLUTION : Click here to close this window and return to the main window."

This is not an actual error in the Domino Web Access (DWA) user interface (UI)
but rather an image of the error in the new message's body field. When you
attempt to click "here" in the error, nothing happens.

When you send the message, the recipient sees an empty body field; the original
text is missing. This issue does not occur for all documents; only certain
documents exhibit this behavior.


This issue occurs only when using DWA on a Lotus® Domino® 7.0.2 Fix Pack 1
(FP1) server and a Microsoft® Internet Explorer browser.

This issue does not occur in the following cases:

- the Domino server is release 7.0.2 FP1, and the browser being used is Mozilla
Firefox
- the Domino server is release 7.0.2 (without FP1 applied) or earlier release,
and the browser is Microsoft Internet Explorer.

Another workaround is to use the Domino Web Mail UI or a Lotus Notes client to
forward the message.

This issue has been reported to Quality Engineering as SPR# RHAN6Y7M2S, and a
fix is currently being investigated.
