Problem:
This issue was reported to Quality Engineering as SPR #MIAS645STP and has been
addressed in Domino releases 6.0.5 and 6.5.4.

SPR# MIAS645STP - Fixed an occurrence of the error "PANIC: LookupHandle: handle
out of range".
It was found that the function AdminpReportCreate writes a byte of zero to
buffers after freeing them, causing the panic.
Currently there is no known workaround.
