SPR# KLME63GSCS - Fixed a panic during FixUp trying to process a DBlist which was not present. The code was not checking the returned value from dbListLookupIndex. In this case it is returning -1, which means there is no DbList. With this fix, a -1 would prevent the lookup from trying to process the DbList.
