SPR# RBIPDH5STC - Server - Install - SLP kits - Fixed an issue with SLP Kits where installing the kit would result in log error of "syncthread.cpp:1143 CreateSyncAllRequest returned 5051:The note handle is NULL". This error message now reads "Resync Request already submitted. So skipping the new Resync Request for now"
