SPR# TSAO58V6Y2 - Removed garbage characters which appeared at the top of the rich text body, resulting from MIME text/html conversion to CD when the html body was bigger than 64512 bytes. This regression was introduced in 5.0.10 and has been fixed in 5.0.11.
