SPR# TMDS8DC2FF - Fixed issue where upgrade from Notes 8.0.x to 8.5.2 as System account on Windows could fail if a hotfix/fixpack was installed against 8.0.x due to the hotfix/fixpack not correctly being removed before upgrade. This regression was introduced in 8.5.2.
