SPR# KTIS7KASHJ - When the Notes.ini variable "Debug_Enable_Update_Fix" is set to a value of 16383 or higher, the opposite behavior occurrs as expected. Instead of prohibiting the rebuild, it will allow it when the notes.ini is enabled. The fix will prohibit DA from triggering a collection rebuild when it tries to reload directory assistance.
