SPR# VCFK66E3RA - When user sets Scheduler control to run RTL instead of LTR and sets a GridStartTime (and possibly interval), the Scheduler was not positioned on the correct time in the control (far right). Scroll position will now read correctly when Scheduler is set RTL and will position correctly.
