SPR# KZHU6UN3LC - Some URL's had not been checked for RFC 1738 compliance. Therefore if some characters outside the "english" (and some non alphabetical characters) character set were used then the URL would not work as expected. All url's used by the template have been checked for this compliance and modified where needed to comply.
