SPR# FLUU764GB9 - Fixed a problem where all of the month strings had an incorrect suffix "ta". For example, when GP#getDateFormat is called with the parameters, it should return an instance of DateFormat with "MMMM yyyy", but it actually returned "MMMM'ta' yyyy".
