SPR# NRBY9CHKJ2 - Too many repeat instances causes performance problems. With this fix, the maximum API and non-API limits are kept the same; however, there is a default limit of 300 instances which may be set from 10 to 1200 (for API callers, this will be limited by the lower, API recurrence max).
This limit is controlled by a new INI parameter - ICAL_MAX_REPEAT_INSTANCES
