SPR# RBEE5HNR7T - Error "unable to invoke program" was displayed when trying to launch Notes. This problem has been fixed in 6.0.5 and 6.5.3.
Workaround: The comctl32.dll that was used when this problem was triggered is version 4.00.95. Use a comctl32.dll whose version is between 4.71 and 5.82.
Taken from MSDN: Note Flat scroll bar APIs are implemented in Comctl32.dll versions 4.71 through 5.82. Comctl32.dll versions 6.00 and higher do not support flat scroll bars.
