SPR# RSOI83CCGT - License Use Management (LUM) code enabled will check the registration information for the partitioned servers. Server could not read the right registration from other partitioned server, because the Notes.ini environments were not available yet. It always defaults to the first server. When the first server data was not available, the other partitioned server could not be launched.
