This problem is observed if you see that the $users, $peoplegroupsflat, and $serveraccess views were getting rebuilt during the day, causing slowdowns. Please note that in all fixes, other than the 8.0 fix, the following Notes.ini parameter is necessary "Debug_Enable_Update_Fix=8191".
