SPR# FGRR63PCDN - In release 6.0, we added functionality which suppressed running agents in databases with ".ntf" extensions while allowing them to run in templates with ".nsf" extensions. This fix adds the ini variable "INI_RUN_TEMPLATE_AGENTS=1" to allow agents to run in templates with an ".ntf" extension, reverting the behavior to pre-6.0 mode.
Please note: The side effect of using INI_RUN_TEMPLATE_AGENTS is that it will have a significant negative effect on the time it takes to start the agent manager.
