Regression in 7.0
SPR# MBEN6KSRW5 - A 7.x LotusScript Web service whose PortType class resides in a LotusScript script library can be successfully saved in the Designer, however, it will not successfully load at runtime. In 7.0, the runtime failure crashes the HTTP service. This is fixed in 7.0.1 so that the runtime failure returns a fault to the Web service consumer.
