SPR# ASATDHJF48 - Templates - pubnames.ntf - Fixed an issue in pubnames.ntf where the holidays for England and Wales were not correctly displayed for Spring Bank Holiday - it was being added to the calendar for every month's last Monday instead of expected every 12th month on the last Monday. This regression was introduced in 14.0
