SPR# ELMN5ZBDY6 - This fix corrects a problem when MIME_CONVERT_HTML_TO_ATTACHMENT=1 was set in the notes.ini file that could result in a user receiving email with a second unreadable attachment of the same name (e.g. two attachments named c.htm).
