SPR# JHAM7YADS9 - Updating existing Jar files in a Java Script Library didn't trigger the dirty status in the library editor. This resulted in the updated Jar file not being saved when the editor window was dismissed. The issue has been fixed in 8.5.2 by triggering the dirty status in the editor when an existing jar is updated in a new Java library.
