SPR# KSAA6NXCDC - Double clicking an attachment to open takes a long time to open with the 7.x and 8.x clients. This regression was introduced in 7.0. With this fix, the R6 method is enabled to open attachments, and the length of time to open is now shorter, when using the Notes.ini variable "UseR6AttachHandling" on the client.
