SPR# KHAN7WFREY - Prior to this fix, LiveText annotation would be kicked off 5 seconds after an email was open. With this fix, that annotation delay is configurable to allow customers with faster hardware to get annotated results faster. This can be done in plugin_customization.ini via the com.ibm.notes.client.annotation/annotateDelay setting.
