SPR# TSOE88VMVP - Fixed a crash that occurred when writing out the super block in a partially complete state due to contention during an error condition. Crash error was "Handle 0x0 is not a valid MEMHANDLE" during LockMemHandle during CollectSuperBlock call. This regression was introduced in 8.5.2
