SPR# MNAA7C2BBL - The five unicode characters, from U+2190 to U+2193 and U+222B, were not converted correctly when users enter the characters through keyboard or copy&paste. The characters in MIME were corrupted because Notes tried to convert them from the incorrectly converted data. They are now correctly converted.
