SPR# MALZ4QEP6Q - Allow schedule manager to initialize if a person with a forwarding address is present in busytime. This was a regression problem introduced in 5.0.5 where the schedule manager would not initialize if a person with a forwarding address was present in the busytime database. It now behaves as in 5.0.4, where users with forwarding addresses do not prevent the scheduler from loading.
