SPR# HKAI4QE7VW - This fix prevents a crash when converting rich text data to text. In certain instances, converting rich text to text can cause a crash depending on the data being converted. A couple of places which can cause this are the LotusScript method GetFormattedText(), and the API call NSFItemConvertValueToText(). This regression was introduced in 5.0.
