SPR# NNAI6YSCMX - When you change default cache size 30mb to any other value, deleting "Cache.NDK" sets workspace cache size as 4194303 MB. Cache was dependant on the database quota for the cache size. When the cache was deleted that information was lost and the size was defaulted. Fix to save any user defined cache size in notes.ini so quota can be restored when cache is rebuilt.
