SPR# JKEY8D9M2N - If a third party calendar application causes a meeting participant to send out notices as if they were the meeting organizer, we will block the workflow from arriving to the organizer, since it is invalid. This applies to invitations, information updates, reschedules, and cancelations. This fix can be blocked (so that such workflow is allowed) by adding the ini parameter to the server: CSAllowExternalIcalInviteToChair=1.
