SPR# KSOR7NBC2E - Interval requests were being processed on an immediate schedule, regardless of the schedule specified in the server document for interval. The changes associated with this fix will correct this problem, and schedule interval request processing based on the server document. In addition, retry operations associated with a "retryable" failed request, will be processed on an interval schedule , as was done by previous releases. Regression introduced in 8.5.
