SPR# SJAICVFCCQ - Server - Database - Server will now print out a warning if it detects incorrect usage of the SMAclAccess.ini file which may lead to server task crashing. The warning given is ""WARNING: An SMAclAccess.ini file exists but the user running the Domino server is not in it. If not corrected this could cause Domino to crash". The crash error will be "PANIC: Insufficient semaphores to handle number of concurrent owned critical regions".
