SPR# MMIL96FBNE - Fixes issue where a GA build is permitted to be installed on the same machine as a Beta build. Having both a Beta & GA installed on the same machine causes xPage to fail to start. This SPR prohibits Beta & GA builds to be installed on the same LPAR.
