SPR# MOBNCX6254 - Server - Directory - Provided a new INI DEBUG_DISABLE_DIRSYNC_SYNC_FULLNAME_ON_RENAME=1 to address a use case where the Dirsync option to not rename registered users with certified names was not applying to web users with flat common names. Use the notes.ini to skip the rename for both certified and non certified names.
