SPR# AYAVCPH7BP - Client - Sametime Integration - Fixed an error in Basic Client where embedded Sametime failed to load resulting in status bar error "Error logging in to instant messaging: Program library not loaded". This was caused by msvcr71.dll not being installed. This regression was introduced in 12.0.
