SPR# JKEY9T2L87 - Some non-Notes iCalendar clients do not support the COMMENTS property (e.g. Outlook). So any comments that the Notes chair sends on a notice or reschedule are not visible to them. Chair Comments will now be inserted into the top of the DESCRIPTION so that it is always visible to these clients. To revert to previous behavoir, set iCalDisableCommentsInDescription=1 in notes.ini.
