SPR# ESPR7V2BBQ - Fixes a problem where customizers couldn't override styles in StyleSheetDocuments.css or StyleSheetView.css by using the extension forms file. The override stylesheet, Custom_CSS, would only override styles in StyleSheet.css. With this fix, styles placed in Custom_CSS will override styles in StyleSheet.css,StyleSheetDocuments, or StyleSheetView.css.
