SPR# IFAY9T6L5U - When sending calendar notices as iCal/Mime messages, the subject header of the MIME message will typically start with the word "Invitation:" or "Reschedule:" or "Update:"
Furthermore, the subject header typically ends with the meeting date/time.
This causes a problem when such messages are sent to Outlook/Exchange users.
It appears that Outlook/Exhange interprets the Subject header of the MIME message as the subject of the meeting (instead it should be using the SUMMARY attribute in the text/calendar part of the MIME message)
This code changes ensures that the subject header's value is equal to the actual subject of the meeting in question.
Set CSRemoveIcalTopicHeader=1 in the notes.ini file to revert to previous behavior.
