SPR# MKIN6AXQ39 - For serviceability, URL history has been added for HTTP threads to memcheck output. To enable this feature, the Notes.ini variable "HttpDebugEnableHistory=1" must be used. This variable is for use in release 6.5.5 and 6.5.4 FP3 only. In release 6.5.6, the Notes.ini variable is no longer needed because we made it the default behavior.
