SPR# MVTOCR8BPQ - Server - LDAP - Fixed an issue where LDAP BPool Full errors were showing in the console log resulting in users being unable to authenticate to the Traveler server. Workaround was to set DISABLE_ENTITLEMENT_TRACKING=1 in Notes.ini.
