SPR# BKANAZRUZ6 - For customers who customize their mail template and remove the $WatchedItem found on the stock template, the core C&S code will automatically generate a $CSWISL item using a list of specific items the stock template includes. In 9.0 this list was only partially updated. That update left off the STRoomName which is the item used to hold the Sametime Room Name for the event, if one exists. This could result in invitees not getting updated Sametime Room info if it changes later. For this to happen though the meeting owner would need to be using a custom mail template that did not include the $WatchedItem found on a stock template. That typically does not happen since the $WatchedItem list is relied on heavily to keep both invitee and meeting owners in sync.
