SPR# RRMUCZRGZD - Templates - pubnames.ntf - Fixed an issue where the "TOTP Configuration Checker Report" from the Server Configuration document was showing "The Domino Directory contains no Multi-Factor Authentication Certificates..." message if the Country element was set in the Root Certificate (/O=SRV/C=IN)
