Regression in 6.5.2
SPR# BSPR65FJ2R - Fixed a problem where the Update Message Queue contained duplicates. The Updater uses a message queue to determine what work it has to do. Other processes put entries on the message queue for the updater, for example, chronos puts an entry for each database on the message queue periodically. The message queue routines are supposed to prevent duplicates on the queues. Prior to this fix, the duplicate detection did not work correctly, so it was possible to get duplicate entries on the message queue. Since there is a maximum size to the message queue, it is possible that entries couldn't be added because the queue was full. If this occurs, the console might contain messages such as "Message Queue is Full". This regression was introduced in 6.5.2 and fixed in 6.0.5, 6.5.4, and 6.5.3 FP1.
