SPR# DANOCP9QLD - Server - Database - Fixed an issue where Cluster Symmetry was erroneously recreating a user's mail db after an admin had used the Admin Client to delete the user and all of their mail db replica's. Workaround was to set D10_ENABLE_REPAIR=1.
