SPR# JVEK622FRM - This fix prevents the loss of ACL data during adminp processing of create replica. Before this fix, the ACL history of the replica could be lost after the newly created replica replicates to other servers. Now, the ACL history is an item in the adminp request and added to the new replica. Additionally, Adminp will first attempt to copy the ACL directly from the source before trying to use the history item in the adminp request.
