SPR# CDFO5DFR6M - Fixed problems with a Shared install in silent and maintenance mode. Prior to this fix, after adding an "Administrator", when Modifying the node install, users would receive an error ("The NOTES.INI file cannot be found on the search path....)when trying to launch the Admin Client.
